We conducted a study to evaluate the effects of two types of strobe glasses on participants’ performance on a multi-tasking task. We also assessed the effect of strobe rate on sustained attention, the amount of time participants could pay attention to a task.
The stroboscopic training protocol used in this study was part of a sixteen-day preseason training regimen for professional ice hockey players.
